I hired Two Brothers to install a new furnace. Made an appointment for the installation but it was cancelled the day before because the furnace was on back order. Made an appointment for 3 days later but that install was cancelled the morning of because the furnace was still back ordered. Waited 2 weeks and called for a status update. Spoke to the manager/owner who assured me that he would obtain the furnace ordered or sell us a furnace equal to or better than the one ordered at no additional cost to us. He left a message later that day that he would have new quotes for me the next business day. I did not receive any quotes so I called and left a message for him. I left messages for him for 3 days but he did not return my calls. I have now given up. Services:
